• Writing opinion letters related to business decisions by BODs
• Advice on privacy laws, whistleblowing programs, company scandals, digital forensics and other IT-related laws and issues
• Preparation and reviewing of transactional agreements including business partnership agreements and license agreements, etc.
• Advice on domestic M&As, business alliances, shareholder meetings and other corporate matters

Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Insolvency

• Filing of the first Business Revitalization ADR, 2009
• Involved in the filing of the corporate reorganization of Tosco Co., Ltd (listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and Osaka Stock Exchange), 2008
